This totally rocks! I love how even the "hair" is made of her parasites.
Also maybe it's just a coincidence, but the transparent womb reminds me of Dr. Talisac.

Ha HA I love that Nemesis! Probably because we was the least cartoony character here originally, so your take really reinterprets him.

That third panel has so many lines and details, but they all direct the eye in such a readable, uncluttered way. That's hard to pull off! Great work as usual!

Haha, I love those teeth! Looking at this guy just puts a smile on my face.

Very cute and appealing! Your sense of color is really strong; the color guides the eye very nicely.
Great shapes as well; I especially like how her eyelashes, ears and horns all combine into this sweeping shape to accent her eyes!

And personally, I love how her fang is drawn in that Felix The Cat way where it's combined with her lip. I'm a sucker for that.

The one area for improvement that jumps out at me: the shadows from her feet don't really make sense, given where the torch is. You might want to tweak that and add a shadow from her torso on the floor. Otherwise, the lighting adds some really solid color values!

I can see what you mean with the casted shadows from her feet looking a bit off, I'll take note to this criticism and tweak upon it.
